More than 25 years after having fled from civil war to Bolivia, 150 refugees returned to their homes in Guatemala last week. But what they will find is a country that struggles to make its way to peace. Having one of the highest murder-rates worldwide is not the only trouble it is in: 80 million pages of civil war-records crimes might shake up society once more.
