Last week could be called one of the Middle East’s worst in recent history: Shias and Sunnis blew up each others mosques in Iraq, a Lebanese MP was killied by a bomb in Beirut and the two main Palestinian groups Hamas and Fatah clashed, transforming the uncertain situation in Palestine into a civil war. Together with a new – and much discussed – US-strategy in Iraq, the situation in the Middle East seems more uncertain than ever before. To read more, click here.
